Cable tray Unicor

It is applied for laying trunk and subscribers cable lines. Its specific feature is absence of the cover, cable lines are laid via the duct slot. The cable tray has technological parts for fixing it to the wall.

The patch cord is designed to be suspended at the overhead line supports during installation of the trunk line, and to connect subscribers.

Universal fastening unit UK-N/U

It is applied as an anchor fastening for trunk and subscriber lines, providing offset up to 150 mm between the fixing point of the optical fibre transmission line and the support body. This fastening unit can be fitted with the “installation bracket for the optical distribution cabinet with 150 mm offset (on SV support)” for further placement of the distribution optical cabinet.

Installation bracket for the optical distribution cabinet

It is applied in private houses during installation of the trunk and subscriber optical fibre transmission lines as an additional element for the “Universal fastening unit UK-N/U with 150 mm offset (to the SS support)”, if the optical distribution cabinet is installed on the support. It provides 150 mm offset between the optical distribution cabinet and the support body.

Fastening to the support CUB-1

It is applied in private houses during installation at the supports of the main and subscriber optical fibre transmission lines for vertical and horizontal cable laying along the support.

Bracket for fixing flat couplings to the supports Light-1

It is applied in private houses during installation at the supports of the trunk and subscriber optical fibre transmission lines as a bracket for the optical distribution cabinet SNR-FTTH-FDB-24A. This node allows to lay the cable between the bracket and the support body.

Width – 300 mm

Height – 350 mm

Depth – 80 mm

Installation:

The part is fastened to the support with the mounting band (2 pcs.). The optical distribution cabinet is fastened with 3 M6*25 screws and M6 nuts (3 pcs).

Suspension clamp. Sling

It is applied in private houses during installation at the supports of the main optical fibre transmission line, instead of PSO supporting clamp. This is a sliding mounting unit, allowing to significantly speed up installation of the cable line. It is universal and does not require any matching to the diameter of the cable being mounted.

Installation:

04. Cabinets

Optical distribution cabinet PON Camel-2

It is applied in private houses during installation of PON networks.


Class — BigShORm, optical distribution cabinet (installed on the trunk and branch line parts). Installation height — 2.7 m

The cabinet has 4 placement slots:

  • • Detachable board for SC optical distribution frames
  • • Optical planar splitter Alpha Mile 1×8-SC/APC in the case (401-05-08)

  • It is additionally equipped with:

    • • SC/APC SM adapter (for detachable boards)
    • • Universal cassette KU (up to 3 pcs.)

Optical subscribers' cabinet Sharpey-1

Designed for installation in communal stairwells, at staircases. It is applied during installation of PON networks in low-rise residential buildings (2—4 floors).

  • • Installation board for 8 SC adapters
  • The following is installed inside the cabinet:

    • • Optical planar splitter Alpha Mile 1*4-SC/APC in the case (401-05-04) — 1 pc.
    • • Optical fibre coupler in the mini-case 1*2 or 1*4-SC/APC- up to 2 pieces
    • • Welding is not provided for

    Sharpey is fastened with dowels and screws directly to the wall in the communal stairwell.

    According to Ufanet standard, no more than 10 SM-1 cables are installed inside the cabinet.

Cabinet DRS type 12

Designed for installation in communal stairwells, at staircases.


The cabinet has air vents protected against unauthorized access.

Power supply:

The equipment in this cabinet is powered via 515x565x235 cabinet installed nearby (in this case the cabinet is equipped with UPS and 65A/h battery).


The 515x565x235 cabinet is also fitted with the power control device.

Node cabinet 9U Spinner Ufanet

Used for PON station equipment with capacity up to 32 ports, its power supply equipment and backup equipment united in one node.


It is possible to install up to 9U active and passive equipment in the top part of the cabinet.


Power supply equipment is located at the bottom part of the cabinet, and allows you to install the standard set of electrical installation products, including accumulator batteries 12 x 28 A/h (4 pcs.).

The cabinet can be placed:

  • • Indoors (basement, non-residential premises)
  • • Outdoors as a cooled & heated cabinet.

05. Containers

Container USmini

Designed for installation in settlements and for providing the communication node

Overall dimensions:

1200*1740*2560 (with air conditioning 3160)

The container has 42U telecommunications rack, 19 inches, 800 mm deep — 1 pc.

Installation:

The container is installed and mounted on the prepared foundation blocks FBS 12-3-6 (2 pcs). Cable lines are inserted through the floor holes. Climate control equipment: Air conditioning — cooling capacity 2638 kV; Heater — power 500 W.
